Everything you need to know about logging in, clocking in, requesting time off, and staying connected — all in one place.
Swift Team Hub is where your work life at Swift lives. Clock in, check your hours, request a day off, read company updates, send feedback — it's all here, on your phone or any computer, no app required. One PIN, and you're in.
Here's how the Hub fits into a regular shift — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
Go to hub.swiftcoffee.com, enter your PIN, and tap Clock. Hit "Clock In." That's it — your shift starts recording. You'll see your clock-in time confirmed on screen.
Need to see how much PTO you have? Check the Home screen. Have a question for leadership? Drop it in Feedback. A new policy went up? You'll see it in Memos with a read notification if your acknowledgment is needed.
If your position tracks break time, go to Clock and tap "Start Break" when you step away, then "End Break" when you return. Your total break minutes are recorded automatically.
Back to Clock, tap "Clock Out." Your total hours for the shift show immediately. If you ever forget, you can submit a correction with the actual time and a brief reason — your manager will be notified to review it.
The Arcade tab is always open. Beat your high score. Challenge a coworker. Leaderboards are live for the whole team.
Every tab in the Hub was built around something you actually need at work.
Your time card, digitally. Clock in, start a break, end a break, clock out. If you ever make a mistake, you can submit a correction and explain what happened — everything is logged and nothing gets deleted.
See your PTO and UTO balances on the Home screen any time. Submit a request by choosing your type, picking dates, adding an optional note, and tapping Send. You'll get an email when your manager responds.
Company announcements and updates from leadership, all in one feed. Some memos ask for your acknowledgment — tapping "I've read this" keeps a record that you've seen it, which matters for policy updates.
Company policies, safety guides, and HR forms — all stored here. If a document requires your signature or acknowledgment, you can do it right here, and the date is automatically recorded.
Your voice matters here. Share a suggestion, raise a concern, give a shoutout to a coworker, or ask a question — you can even do it anonymously. Owner Direct messages go only to Nate and Eric, no one else.
Everything Swift offers — health coverage, the Zion Health Plan, and any other perks — listed in one spot with descriptions and links. No more wondering who to call or where to look.
Your name, preferred name, photo, department, emergency contacts, and employment details — all in one card. Keep your photo current so your teammates and managers know who's who.
Three Swift-themed games, a shared leaderboard, and a place to cheer on your coworkers. SwiftRun, SwiftWords, and SwiftSnake — all right in the Hub, no download needed.
Go to hub.swiftcoffee.com in any browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, it doesn't matter. You'll see a PIN keypad. Enter the PIN you created during onboarding and tap the checkmark. If you're on your personal phone, bookmark the page or save it to your home screen for one-tap access next time.
From the home screen, tap the Clock tab at the top. You'll see a "Clock In" button. Tap it. Your shift start time is recorded immediately. The Home screen will update to show you're on the clock.
On the Home screen, tap "Request time off," or navigate to the Time Off section. Choose your type (PTO, UTO, or Sick), select your start and end dates, add an optional note to your manager, and tap Submit. Your manager gets an email right away. You'll receive a confirmation email once they approve or deny — with any notes they added.
Go to Clock and look for "Correct an entry" or tap the entry you need to fix. Enter the correct clock-in and clock-out times, type a brief reason (e.g. "Forgot to clock out at end of shift"), and submit. Your manager will see a notification to review the correction. Your original entry is always preserved — nothing is erased.
When leadership posts something that needs your acknowledgment, you'll see a notification dot on the Memos or Documents tab. Open the item, read it, and tap "Acknowledge" or "I've read this" at the bottom. The date and time of your acknowledgment are saved automatically.
Go to the Feedback tab. Choose a category: General, Suggestion, Concern, Recognition, Question, or Owner Direct. Type your message. If you want to stay anonymous, check the anonymous option before sending — your name won't be attached. Owner Direct messages are seen only by Nate and Eric, not by managers or admins.
Go to My Profile, tap the photo area, and choose an image from your phone or computer. Your photo shows up on the team roster and next to your timesheet entries. Keep it a clear, current photo of your face — managers use it to verify who's who on the schedule.
hub.swiftcoffee.com loads fast, but adding it to your home screen means you tap one icon and you're straight to the PIN screen. Takes 10 seconds to set up, saves you time every single shift.
Corrections work, but clocking out on time keeps your record clean and means your manager doesn't have to review flagged entries. Set a reminder on your phone if it helps.
The notification dot on Memos means something new has been posted — sometimes it needs your acknowledgment. Clearing it keeps your record complete and makes sure you're not missing something important.
The earlier you request, the easier it is for scheduling. Your balances update in real time after a request is approved, so you'll always know what's left.
High scores are shared with the whole team. SwiftRun, SwiftWords, and SwiftSnake each have their own board — bragging rights are entirely valid here.
Three games, one leaderboard, zero downloads. The Arcade is built right into the Hub — just tap the Arcade tab whenever you need a few minutes to decompress.
Swift Team Hub wasn't built because we needed another tool. It was built because we wanted a single, honest place where every person on this team, from their first day to their hundredth shift, feels organized, informed, and heard. It's to empower our leaders to help empower our team. — Nate & Eric, Swift Coffee
